Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. She started participating in fitness contests when she was sixteen after having ended her childhood gymnastics career. In the course of a year she was awarded her Professional Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16. She was awarded her Professional Card within a year, at the age of 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently among the most youthful IFBB Pro. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel was able to take six years off the stage to finish her college education. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up where she previously left off taking part in elite contests including The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She kept competing after her first show for a few years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. In 2009 she had won four fitness titles. In 2009, she was her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. In October 2015, she made a return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished with a third-place finish. In June of 2016, she was winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to be a part of the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three months later and came home with 6th place for the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel says she was more proud of her placing. She was up against the best. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm with a pull-up device and seated rows. The first step is warming up before going onto exercises. Ariel is extremely efficient with her time. Her routine for back exercises is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
